Definition of Done (success criteria)
A workflow is created and run successfully with LiveQuery enabled.
You provide usability feedback on the experience.
Your Alteryx workspace is configured with Google Cloud Storage (GCS) as base storage.
You have BigQuery & GCS access (service account key or OAuth is fine).
You have write access to one BigQuery schema (to allow temporary tables and functions).
Access to Alteryx Designer Cloud in Alteryx Analytics Cloud. If you don’t have it yet, start a trial.
Set up BigQuery connection in Alteryx (Service Account key or OAuth).
Create or select a dataset and open it in Designer Cloud.
From the workflow header, go to Options → LiveQuery and enable it.
Select your BigQuery connection and schema when prompted.
Design with full data—prep, blend, join; optionally use the SQL Transform tool.
Output to BigQuery (existing or new table), then run.
Time‑to‑insight from connection to first correct output.
UX friction across setup, errors, or rework.
Issues: Report blockers and defects.
Ideas: Share enhancements and wish‑list items.
Praise: Tell us what’s working well.
Exit interview: Email to schedule once you’ve completed testing.
